Tempo-Team wanted to connect with a younger audience in a way that felt more natural than standard recruitment communication. I helped develop Complimento, a campaign built around an original track and content format with Dutch artist Poke. The idea used music to talk about work, appreciation, and recognition in a way that felt lighter, more human, and more connected to the audience.
