Casa Colori is a one-product webshop for custom illustrated home portraits. The challenge was not just selling a nice object. It was making a personal commission feel easy, trustworthy, and giftable. I developed the proposition, customer journey, custom order flow, visual direction, and supporting brand system. The experience guides people through the details needed to create a portrait, while keeping the process warm and simple.
