Mokumtour

Mokumtour started from a simple bit of friction: visitors move through Amsterdam all day, but often miss the stories around them. They pass canals, bridges, landmarks, hidden details, and strange bits of history without knowing what they are looking at. I developed the concept as a flexible alternative to a traditional tour. No group, no fixed route, no schedule. Users buy access, explore at their own pace, and hear short audio stories based on where they are. I worked across the product concept, proposition, user flow, app experience, website, and content workflow. The system was built around 200+ GPS-linked points of interest, with source material turned into clear, app-ready audio stories.
